Privacy
Last updated 29 September 2026
AyFit Coaching (Ayden Pitman, Perth, Western Australia) runs this challenge portal. We handle your personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles. This page explains what we collect and why, in plain language.
What we collect
- Your name, email and phone number.
- Health and fitness details you give us: age, sex, height, weight, body fat, activity, goals, food preferences and anything you write in your questionnaire.
- Your progress: weigh-ins, mini-challenge scores and scan results.
- When you sign in and which parts of the portal you use, so Ayden can support you.
Why
To build your personalised Plan of Attack, coach you through the challenge and keep in touch about it. Your health details are sensitive information, so we only collect them with your consent, which you give when you complete the questionnaire. We never sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone else without your written permission, except the service providers below who help run the portal.
Where it's kept
Your challenge data is stored in a database hosted in Sydney (Neon). Sign-in is handled by Clerk, emails are sent through Resend and the portal runs on Vercel. Some of these providers may process data overseas, including in the United States. Each is bound by its own security and privacy commitments.
Your choices
You can see and update your details in the portal at any time. To get a copy of your information, correct it or have it deleted, or to make a complaint, email info@ayfitcoaching.com. We'll reply within 30 days. If you're not happy with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
